Skålleagues we are grateful to have had the opportunity to toast together on December 17, 2020. It has certainly been an unexpected year, but the fellowship of this group has been a light. Our President, Beth Stehley, welcomed us all to the event and acted as event emcee taking us through a terrific program. Dear Fellow Skalleagues, I start this newsletter with wishes of continued good health to each of you and your families. We are living in turbulent times where our need to connect with family and friends has never been more important. In place of our April 16th meeting, the Club hosted our first ever Zoom Skal Toast and Conversation. Approximately 50 members attended along with Skal USA President David Ryan. Good afternoon fellow Boston Skalleagues, I start this communication with a heavy heart as I have heard some of you have been furloughed until we can get ahead of this pandemic.  I am truly sorry because if there was a time when we need to gather and be among friends, this would be that time.
